Who we are

FreeMind S.A., ul. Bydgoska 6, 30-056 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0000774982, NIP 6772442296, REGON 382754852) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. For any privacy matter, write to info@freemind.games.

What we collect

• Contact form data — name, email, inquiry type and the message you write. Used solely to reply to you.
• No tracking — we do not run third-party web analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
• Server logs — IP address and user agent kept for a short retention window for security and abuse prevention.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Art. 6(1)(b) — to take steps at your request before entering a contract (e.g. publishing pitches).
• Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the site.

How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept while a conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Server logs rotate within 30 days.

Who we share data with

We use a small set of processors, each bound by a data-processing agreement: our hosting provider (super-host.pl) and our email provider. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (SCCs).

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, rectify, erase or port your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw any consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
